New List & Movies Added!
Added a new list just a few minutes ago! It's a book list which record what I had read so far. It is actually quite incomplete as I can't recall most of the books that I had read before especially when I was in primary and lower secondary.
I added 4 movies some time ago but I didn't update here as I find it a little unnessary. =.= The 4 movies are:
- Eagle Eye - I was not interested in the movie but my brother bought the DVD and we watched it together with out parents as family day activity. We had dinner (curry rice! :D) in front of the TV! X3 My brother and I both had lin chi kang as well. X3 As for the movie, it turned out to be awesome albeit a little too far fetched in terms of the technology featured.
- Umizaru - Borrowed this from CJ and it's really a good movie of team work and friendship! However, I am still not that fond of Itou Hideaki. X( Watching the dorama now and once I'm done with the dorama, I'm gonna get Limit of Love!
- Final Destination 3 - I love both predecessors of FD3 despite the gory scenes. However, the first time I watched this (about 1-2 years back?), I quit halfway because I got really freaked out and couldn't stand the gross. X( I watched this again a few weeks back as it was shown on Astro (cable TV) for the sake of finishing it.
- The Transporter - I watched it was I was browsing through the channels for something to watch. I remember reading some good reviews about it but it was just average. The first quarter of the movie was a little suspense though.
As for recently, I watched 2 movies:
- Yes Man - watched it on the day it premieres at the local cinema here with CJ. We tried out the GSC Signature and Premier Class. It was great! I love it! As for the movie, simply hilarious! Why, that's Jim Carrey, baybeh! X3
- Ip Man - watched it at Cineleisure with my family. This movie totally meet my expectation and is expected out from my martial art celebrity idol, Donnie Yen! The action scenes were simply stunning! Not my first time watching wing chun style but the way Donnie orchestrated it was just beautiful. I am definitely gonna buy the original DVD for collection! :D
